1. How can I find out what’s available in the warehouse?

View selected items on-line at: https://citywidesurplus.com, or in person by visiting the warehouse during open hours.

2. Can I buy something from the Citywide Surplus without attending an auction?

Yes, simply visit our website to see what is in stock, pay for your items, and then pick up at our warehouse.

3. Can I return an item purchased from Citywide Surplus?

No. All sales of surplus inventory items are final.

4. Can surplus equipment be donated to my church?

Currently we are not doing church donations.

5. Can surplus equipment be donated to my school?

Yes, if it is a Texas public school. Surplus equipment may not be donated to a private school.
